Like other communities in the Mid-Hudson region, Ellenville is changing and evolving in response to regional, national and global trends. The Village’s historic downtown business district is becoming increasingly important as a center of commerce and a cultural magnet that will support sustainable and resilient growth of the surrounding region in the coming years.

About NY Forward.
Ellenville plans to submit an application to Round 4 of the NY Forward program - a regional competition for two $4.5 million awards to jumpstart revitalization in communities throughout the Mid-Hudson region. The program goals reflect lessons learned over the years about how to build more vibrant, attractive and successful downtown districts.
